Profile Illustrations is an illustration project for a start-up fashion brand based in the UAE. The illustrations explore character, expression and identity through a digital medium. The series focuses on studying interesting faces and personalities, using simplified forms, bold shapes and considered colour palettes to capture mood and individuality rather than literal realism. Each illustration is an exercise in observation, balance and restraint, experimenting with proportion, line and texture to communicate character with clarity and confidence. The project allows space for playful experimentation alongside technical refinement, helping to develop a distinctive illustrative style that feels modern and expressive. Through this process, the work celebrates the subtle details that make each face unique, from asymmetry and gesture to tone and expression.
